When Rethinking Space set out to transform the landscape of Jellicoe Road in Panmure with 46 quality high quality apartments across 6 levels, they engaged Plaster Solutions to ensure the project was completed to the highest quality, on time and on budget.

The originally scoped timeframe was 16 weeks and despite the considerable variation to the level of the walls of up to 40mm requiring the additional application of 2000 bags of base coat, the project was completed to an exceptional standard within just 17 weeks.

When a Piha home owner started their renovation only to discover extensive mould issues they decided to become the first Passive House EnerPhit Certified house in NZ. Plaster Solutions were entrusted to tackle the challenging exterior facade of the project and to ensure everything went to plan.

Sto applicators, Plaster Solutions, did an excellent job of applying the system and managing the challenges of the project — which included levelling the undulated external wall face. "They had to do a lot of work to level out the external face of the building before applying the graphite panels and plaster systems.
